🔹 About the Role

We’re looking for Tamil-speaking Relationship Managers to help political followers and leaders use digital posters through our app. You’ll connect with leads, onboard them to a 15-day free trial, and convert them to paid subscribers.

🔹 Where will you work?

You will work in Praja office. Isprout - Perungudi, Chennai.


🔹 Joining date: Immediately


🔹 What You’ll Do

  • Call potential users & explain our Praja Premium product
  • Guide them through creating & sharing their first digital poster
  • Onboard to free trial, then convert to paid plans
  • Maintain rapport & clearly explain pricing packages
  • Update call logs and feedback accurately


🔹 Mandatory Requirements

  • 6+ months of telesales or voice process experience
  • Good communication in Tamil (mandatory) - Reading and Speaking
  • Sales experience in outbound calling or lead system


🔹 Good to have

  • Political awareness
  • Team lead experience

  • Quick Learner – Ability to understand the product quickly.
  • Strong Native Communication – High-standard communication skills in the local language.
  • Ownership & Commitment – Shows long-term job need and responsibility.
  • Clear Articulation – Can explain posters and Praja features clearly.
  • Differentiation Skills – Able to explain how Praja is different from other poster sources.
  • Self-Learning – Understands the product from brochure/app and explains it well in interviews.
  • Curiosity – Asks questions to deepen understanding.
  • Negotiation Skills – Can persuade and handle objections effectively.
  • Positive Sales Attitude – Never says “NO” or “Okay” in a passive way; maintains active, solution-oriented approach.
  • Pitching Ability – Can create and deliver the best pitch during the interview, without any training.
  • Calling & Sales Experience – Proven ability to make several calls daily and achieve sales goals.'


Salary & Perks

  • CTC: ₹18000 – ₹28000/month
  • Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/month
