Key Responsibilities:

·        Regularly engage with zonal and regional heads to strengthen business relationships.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and meet all key performance indicators (KRAs).

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects across

· Promote and sell EMI financing solutions to facilitate the purchase of insurance products.

· Coordinate with the insurance advisors and conduct regular visits to client branches.

· Provide excellent support to insurance advisors and agents.

· Travel extensively across the state for client meetings and business development activities.

· Deliver timely product training sessions to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

· ✅ Minimum 2+ years of experience in Insurance Insurance/ Banking / NBFC (mandatory)

· ✅ Excellent communication skills in English and regional language

· ✅ Graduate degree (mandatory)

· ✅ Willingness to travel extensively across the state

· ✅ Strong client handling and relationship management skills
