Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing Inbound calls, building client relationships, updating clients on market data, and facilitating trading and demat account processes. The role demands strong communication skills, financial product knowledge, and the ability to ensure.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Conduct client profiling to understand financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.

Suggest and cross-sell suitable financial products including Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, Currency, and Mutual Funds.

Provide investment advice and solutions tailored to client requirements.

Continuously monitor client portfolios and provide timely updates or recommendations.
