• DSA Sales: Acquire new customers for gold loans through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities. Explain loan products and maintain customer relationships.
• Branch Loan Officer – Gold Loan: Handle branch walk-in customers, check gold purity and weight, process loan applications, and verify KYC documents.
• Relationship Manager – Inside Sales: Make outbound calls to customers, generate leads, explain products, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
