Job Description
Position: Relationship Manager
Location: Guindy, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 3–5 years in Sales / Life Insurance (Direct Marketing Channel)
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
Understand client needs and provide customized insurance and investment solutions
Drive business growth through lead generation and client referrals
Ensure timely follow-ups and policy renewals
Maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
We’re Looking For:
Graduate (any discipline); MBA/Finance preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales acumen in financial services or insurance
