 Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable insurance solutions. They will handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves proactive communication, regular follow-ups, and coordination with different teams to enhance client experience.Field sales

 Qualifications

 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Strong communication skills, including both verbal and written

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Proficiency in handling client inquiries and resolving issues

Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
