Restaurant Captain

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations
• Lead and guide service staff to ensure smooth floor operations
• Welcome guests and ensure high standards of customer service
• Take responsibility for table allocations and guest handling
• Ensure service standards, hygiene, and grooming norms are followed
• Handle guest feedback, requests, and basic complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and management for timely service
• Train and support junior service staff and fresher

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
• Leadership and team-handling abilities
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service procedures
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
• Ability to work in shifts and manage service pressure
