Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service
- Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Monitor guest experience throughout service.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Provide menu guidance and recommend food/wine pairings.
- Service CoordinationSupervise and direct service team (servers, bussers, runners).
- Assign tables and duties to service staff for efficient floor management.
- Ensure timing and flow of service meets restaurant standards.
- Assist with complex service elements (banquets, large parties, special events).
