Experience Required: 1 years of experience in a high-end dine-in restaurant

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and well-groomed Restaurant Captains to lead the service team and ensure an exceptional fine-dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a thorough understanding of service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate waiters and stewards during service
• Ensure high standards of guest service and dining experience
• Take charge of table service and handle VIP guests
• Manage guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
• Ensure grooming, hygiene, and service SOPs are followed
• Assist in staff training and daily briefing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in a premium / high-end dine-in restaurant
• IHM qualification preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent leadership and team-handling abilities
• Presentable personality with professional etiquette
