Restaurant Captain

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Captain to manage the floor operations and ensure excellent service for our guests. The candidate should be able to supervise service staff, coordinate with the kitchen team, and maintain smooth restaurant operations during service hours.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide waiters and stewards during service.
• Ensure guests are welcomed and served professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food service.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any service-related issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the restaurant floor.
• Train junior staff and ensure service standards are followed.
