Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Restaurant Cashier with 3+ years of experience in restaurant billing and POS operations. The candidate should be proficient in Petpooja POS software, capable of handling daily billing operations, managing cash transactions, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, service staff, and kitchen teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPOS & Billing OperationsOperate Petpooja POS software for order processing and billing.
• Generate KOT (Kitchen Order Tickets) and customer bills accurately.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and digital payments.
• Apply discounts, offers, and promotional schemes in the POS system.
• Process refunds, cancellations, and bill modifications when required.
• Cash Handling & ReportingMaintain and balance the cash register during shifts.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and closing reports.
• Maintain proper billing records and sales summaries.
• Report discrepancies in billing or cash to management.
• Customer ServiceAssist customers with billing queries and payment options.
• Ensure a smooth and professional checkout experience.
• Handle customer complaints related to billing politely.
• Order CoordinationCoordinate with service staff and kitchen for accurate order processing.
• Ensure correct billing for dine-in, takeaway, and online orders.
• Monitor POS orders from Swiggy / Zomato integrations.
• Compliance & Counter ManagementMaintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
• Follow company policies for billing accuracy and cash management.
• Ensure POS system is updated with menu items and pricing.
• RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3+ years as Restaurant Cashier / Billing Executive
• Software: Hands-on experience with Petpooja POS software
• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Strong cash handling and basic accounting skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced restaurant environments
• Preferred SkillsExperience in QSR / Casual Dining / Café billing operations
• Knowledge of POS reports and sales analysis
• Familiarity with online delivery platforms billing
