JOB DESCRIPTION OF LITTLE NORTH RESTAURANT MANAGER:

1.	The candidate must be energetic and self driven. Must motivate the floor team members to perform at optimum levels and maintain discipline.
2.	Must be participating in daily briefing and contribute to increasing the sales revenue.
3.	Must maintain good customer relations who are coming for dining.
4.	Must ensure the flow of restaurant process goes smoothly. 
5.	The candidate is also expected to hire and train the team members as and when required. 

Restaurant Location: Kilpauk
Pay Package: Basic Fixed Salary + Incentives
Working days: 6 days in a week
