Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift scheduling.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of all restaurant areas.

2. Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver excellent service.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to maintain adequate coverage.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive work culture.

3. Customer Service

4. Financial Management
