Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their requirements

• Recommend frames, lenses, and accessories based on customer needs

• Explain product features, pricing, and offers

• Assist customers during eye test coordination and order processing

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Handle billing and POS operations accurately

• Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and stock organization

• Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction

Work Details

• Location: Nearby store in Chennai (assigned based on candidate residence)

• Training Location: Porur / Kattupakkam

• Training Duration: 20 Days (Classroom + Store Visits + On-the-Job Training)

• Shift Timing: Rotational shift between 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM

• Work Schedule: 6 days per week + 1 rotational weekday off

Salary & Benefits

• Fresher: n19,500 CTC | n15,500 Take-Home + Incentives

• Experienced: n21,500 CTC | n17,500 Take-Home + Incentives

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates (Freshers can apply)

• OR 12th pass with minimum 1 year sales experience (certificate required)
