Job Summary:

Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.

Customer Acquisition: Identifying and approaching potential customers to build a client base.

Product Knowledge: Understanding and presenting products/services effectively to customers.

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Negotiation: Closing deals and negotiating prices and terms with clients.

Lead Generation: Prospecting new business opportunities through research, networking, or cold calling.

Sales Presentations: Conducting presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Reporting: Tracking sales performance and reporting progress to management.

Market Analysis: Understanding market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies.

Skills Needed: Strong communication, persuasion, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Basic knowledge of billing and inventory systems.

Proficiency in using CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
