Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to meet sales targets. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, educating clients about our products, and ensuring the showroom operates smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Provide product knowledge including materials, quality, stones, and pricing.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively.
• Assist in visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock display.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the display counters and store.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, returns, and security.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Requirements:Minimum [12th pass / Graduation preferred].
• Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Presentable appearance and good grooming standards.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Preferred Skills:Knowledge of different types of jewellery (gold, diamond, platinum, gemstones, etc.).
• Ability to speak multiple languages (optional, depending on location).
• Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
