Job Description
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, providing a premium luxury retail experience.
- Understand customer requirements, interior styles, and space constraints to recommend suitable furniture pieces.
- Demonstrate product features, materials and craftsmanship.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order confirmation and delivery coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with leads and past customers.
- Ensure showroom displays are well maintained and reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Stay updated on new product collections, materials, and furniture design trends.
- Assist in organizing showroom events and client presentations.
