Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and convert walk-in customers into sales 🛍️
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home furnishing products
- Handle end-to-end sales process from inquiry to order closure
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 📈
- Coordinate with operations/installation teams for timely execution
- Maintain showroom display standards and product knowledge
- Update CRM/records of customer interactions and sales pipeline
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Product knowledge in curtains, blinds, upholstery, wallpapers, flooring, etc.
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Ability to understand design aesthetics and customer preferences 🎨
- Sales target orientation and result-driven approach
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, billing software)
- Good presentation skills
- Time management and follow-up discipline
- Problem-solving and objection-handling skills
- Preferred QualificationsExperience: 1–5 years in home furnishings / interior décor sales
- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in showroom sales or retail sales is an advantage
- Knowledge of measurements and site visits is a plus
