• Support store team in achieving sales targets

• Follow store SOPs with the team and store manager

• Handle and resolve customer queries effectively

• Conduct follow-ups and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction (NPS)

• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations

• Achieve monthly & annual sales targets

• Follow up on customer enquiries and assist in marketing activities (SMS campaigns)

• Coordinate with retail sales team during peak hours
