Retail Sales Executive

Divas Mantra is looking for an experienced Exhibition & Retail Sales Executive who can confidently handle customer interactions both at exhibitions and within the retail store. This role involves travelling for curated jewellery shows, managing exhibition stock responsibly, and delivering a warm, premium sales experience aligned with the brand’s values.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and carrying exhibition stock from the store to event locations
• Set up displays and support smooth exhibition operations
• Engage with customers during exhibitions, understand their requirements, and convert sales
• Maintain accurate stock accountability during travel, sales, and post-show handover
• Support in-store sales and customer assistance when not travelling
• Present products confidently while maintaining a polite, service-oriented approach
• Coordinate with the internal team for billing, reporting, and daily updates
• Maintain display standards and represent the brand professionally at all times
