Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable FMCG products
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products on shelves
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and schemes to customers
• Check product expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In First Out) method
• Handle customer queries and complaints effectively
• Coordinate with warehouse/store team for stock replenishment
• Maintain records of sales and inventory if required
• Support in store opening and closing activities

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic sales and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of FMCG products is an advantage

Qualification:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
• Any degree is an added advantage

Experience:

• Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in Retail / FMCG sales
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Open to both Male and Female candidates
