Sales Executive – Furniture

Location: Purasawalkam, Chennai

Experience: Minimum 6 Months in furniture sales (mandatory)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused sales executives to join our growing furniture sales team.

The role involves assisting customers in choosing the right furniture solutions and ensuring a smooth sales experience from inquiry to delivery.

This position focuses on inside sales, where you will interact with customers visiting the showroom and those contacting us through phone or online inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture solutions

Product Consultation

• Explain product features and options such as sofas, beds, wardrobes, modular furniture, and custom furniture

Lead Management

• Call potential leads and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Schedule showroom visits and product demonstrations

Sales Coordination

• Prepare and share quotations and product catalogs.
• Maintain proper customer follow-up records

Order Processing

• Coordinate with the design and production team for order updates
• Ensure customers are updated about delivery timelines and order status

Candidate Requirements

✔ Minimum 1 year experience in furniture sales

✔ Good communication and customer handling skills

✔ Ability to understand customer needs and convert enquiries into sales

✔ Basic knowledge of sales follow-up and quotation preparation
