Job Description
📍 Role: Territory Sales Executive
📍 Experience: 2–5 Years
📍 Industry Preference: FMCG / FMCD / Electricals / Electronics / Batteries
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
• Ensure product availability and visibility across outlets
• Execute promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Share regular sales reports and insights with management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing strategies
• Conduct regular market visits and gather customer feedback
💰 CTC Details:
• Sub-urban Cities: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000
• Metro Cities: ₹26,000 – ₹28,000
👉 Candidates will be communicated a CTC range of ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 (max), based on experience, current salary, and interview performance.
👉 Final salary will be decided by State Head/HR with necessary approvals
✅ Eligibility:
• 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in the mentioned industries
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
