Retail Sales Executive

Role Summary:

The Customer Care / Retail Sales Executive will handle in-store customer interactions, assist with product sales, manage billing through Tally or POS systems, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

KRA: Task / Activities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information 
• Assist customers in selecting products 
• Generate invoices and manage billing through Tally / billing software 
• Handle customer queries and basic support 
• Maintain sales records and daily billing reports
• Coordinate with inventory team for stock availability
• Maintain cleanliness and display of retail products

KPI: Performance Metrics:

• Daily and monthly sales targets Billing accuracy 
• Customer satisfaction Product knowledge and service quality 
• Timely reporting and documentation

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)Required Skills Preferred skills:

• Basic knowledge of Tally and billing systems 
• Good verbal communication skills 
• Customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer care
• Experience with POS systems  
• Basic accounting understanding
