Retail Sales Executive

LOCATION: Nearby 5km from the home location (Across Tamilnadu)

SALARY: TAKEHOME - Rs. 16000/- to Rs.17000/- (For freshers), Experience up to Rs. 25000/- + ESI + PF + Incentives – up to Rs. 20000/- to Rs. 50000/-

QUALIFICATION: Diploma/ Any degree

RESPONSIBILITIES’

1. Customer Interaction:

Approach and engage customers visiting the retail showroom (e.g., shopping malls, Reliance, Max, Lifestyle, unlimited, Easy buy) to explain SBI Credit Card benefits.

2. Product Promotion:

Clearly communicate credit card features, offers, and advantages to potential customers.

3. Lead Generation:

Identify interested customers and collect necessary details for further processing.

4. Application Processing:

Assist customers in filling out credit card applications accurately and completely.

5. Documentation:

Verify and collect required KYC documents (ID proof, address proof, income proof, etc.).

6. Coordination:

Work closely with SBI bank officials and Adecco supervisors for smooth card activation and reporting.

7. Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed assigned monthly card issuance or sales targets.

8. Customer Support:

Handle basic customer queries and ensure a positive experience.

9. Reporting:

Maintain daily/weekly sales and activity reports and share them with the team leader.

10. Compliance:

Follow SBI Bank and Adecco guidelines for documentation, customer handling, and ethical sales practices.
