Retail Sales Executive

The Associate is responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering superior customer experience, and contributing to store sales and profitability as per VMart Retail standards.

·      Exceed sales targets by providing expert product guidance and delivering exceptional customer service that builds long term brand loyalty

·      Section housekeeping and maintaining visual merchandising standards

·      Oversee fitting room operations to ensure cleanliness, organized merchandise return.

·      Assist in stock count and inventory accuracy

·      Minimize shrinkage and maintain effective inventory management.

·      Collaborate with team members to achieve store KPIs.
