Retail Showroom Sales Head

Core responsibilities

• Customer interaction: Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and help them find products that meet their needs.
• Sales and product knowledge: Showcase and demonstrate products, explain features and benefits, and stay informed about new products, services, and promotions.
• Achieve sales goals: Work to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain showroom standards: Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing, which includes arranging displays and restocking merchandise.
• Process transactions: Handle purchases and returns accurately using a point-of-sale system.
• Inventory management: Assist with stocking, receiving shipments, and monitoring inventory levels. 

Additional duties

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
• Promote sales and special offers to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to meet overall store goals.
• Assist in planning and executing sales events.
• Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring the sales floor.
