Reports to: Head of Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Store Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills, with a passion for achieving targets and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.

• Generate leads and follow up on prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Present and promote the company’s products/services to potential customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and sales) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred: Experience in Real Estate, Retail, Luxury products

• Local market knowledge and willingness to travel when required.
