JOB ROLE : STORE MANAGER

Role Purpose : To support outlet operations by working as a disciplined, reliable team lead. Assisting the Store Manager in managing staff and shifts, and ensuring coordination, efficiency, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support food preparation, service, and cleanliness.

• Strict adherence to maintain the given workflow and sop on daily basis.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and personal grooming.

• Be available as per business requirements, including holidays and extended hours when needed.

• Guide and supervise team members to deliver best quality.

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and act as second-in-command when required.
