1. PositionRetail Store Manager
2. Role SummaryThe Retail Store Manager is responsible for overall store operations, sales performance, staff management, customer service, and inventory control. The role ensures smooth store functioning and achievement of sales targets.
3. Key Responsibilities1. Sales Management
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor store sales and motivate the team to improve performance.
- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
- Implement promotions and offers effectively.
2. Staff Management
- Supervise and guide Customer Sales Associates (CSA).
- Prepare staff duty roster and week-off schedule.
- Ensure staff grooming and discipline.
- Conduct team briefings and training when required.
3. Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service in the store.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.
4. Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock availability in the store.
- Coordinate with warehouse for stock requirements and transfers.
- Manage stock inward, outward, and stock display.
- Report damaged or missing items.
5. Store Operations
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Monitor store opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure POS billing and cash handling are done correctly.
6. Reporting & Communication
- Share sales updates (3 PM, 6 PM, 8 PM) with management.
- Send daily reports and SM checklist.
- Update store group with opening, grooming, and closing photos.
7. Compliance & Security
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Ensure safety of store assets and stock.
- Monitor CCTV and prevent stock loss.
- 4. Skills RequiredSales and team management

- Basic knowledge of POS system and MS Excel
- 5. Experience2–5 years experience in retail store management.
