Position SummaryThe Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, coordinating deliveries, maintaining store decorum, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and the ability to maintain high service and quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations ManagementOversee the smooth functioning of day-to-day store activities.
  • Handle opening/closing procedures, cash management, and billing accuracy.
  • Ensure proper stock display, product availability, and store cleanliness.

Staff Supervision & GuidanceLead and guide two store employees in performing their roles effectively.

  • Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and monitor employee performance.
  • Train staff on customer service, product knowledge, and store protocols.
  • Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and professional conduct among staff.

Delivery CoordinationCoordinate with the delivery partner to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.

  • Monitor order flow, packaging quality, and customer feedback for deliveries.
  • Resolve any delivery-related issues efficiently.


Customer Service & DecorumEnsure polite, professional, and customer-focused service in the store.

  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a calm, clean, and welcoming store environment.


Inventory Control & ReportingTrack inventory levels and raise restocking requests as needed.

  • Maintain records of stock movement, damages, and returns.
  • Prepare daily sales summaries, cash reports, and performance updates.
  • 6. Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
  • Perform regular checks to maintain hygiene, safety, and operational quality.
  • Skills & QualificationsProven experience in retail/store operations (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of billing systems and stock management.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work ScheduleFull-time; shift-based schedule as per store requirements.
