Job Description

Designation : Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilites:

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design end-to-end RPA solutions aligned with client requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead solution design sessions and define best practices for bot architecture, reusability, exception handling, logging, and security.
• Evaluate and select appropriate RPA tools, components, and frameworks.
• Ensure solution scalability and performance optimization.
• Review and approve solution design documents (PDD, SDD, TDD).
• Own the successful delivery of RPA projects from initiation to post-deployment support.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Allocate and manage development resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Conduct risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
• Coordinate with business SMEs, IT, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track progress and report project status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements on RPA projects.
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and delivery timelines.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to junior developers and business analysts.
• Facilitate client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and process walk-throughs.
