Sale Order Executive Backoffice

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tally Sales Order Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, maintaining up-to-date records in Tally, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments. This role requires a strong understanding of sales order processing, data management, and proficiency in Tally ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing:
• Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring correctness in product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.
• Tally Entries:
• Manage the entry of sales orders and related financial transactions in Tally ERP.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure all Tally entries are accurate and up-to-date.
• Generate financial and sales reports using Tally for management review.
• Customer Communication:
• Liaise with customers to confirm order details, resolve queries, and provide updates on order status.
• Address and resolve customer issues related to orders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordination with Departments:
• Work closely with the sales, Production, and Logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure that all orders are accounted for correctly in Tally.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders, transaction history, and related financial data.
• Ensure data integrity in all order entries and Tally records.
• Reporting:
• Generate and analyze sales order and financial reports using Tally to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales order status and financial metrics.
