About the Role:

Inspire Network Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional to join our team in Chennai. This role is a blend of inside sales (calling) and field sales (client visits). You will be responsible for promoting our Digital Marketing services and IT-based Asset Tagging solutions to potential business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Pitching: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling and follow-ups to introduce our products and services.
• Client Conversion: Persuade and convince business owners/decision-makers to opt for our Digital Marketing or Asset Tagging solutions.
• Field Visits: Attend face-to-face meetings and site visits once an appointment is fixed to provide detailed demonstrations and close deals.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term association and referrals.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in Sales (Experience in IT, Software, or Digital Marketing sales is a plus).
• Communication: Strong command over English and Tamil to effectively communicate with local clients.
• Convincing Skills: Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone and in person.
• Client Handling: Professional etiquette and the ability to represent the company at client offices.
• Mobility: Must possess a Two-Wheeler (Bike) for client visits.
