Sales and Marketing Executive

* Promote surgical implants, instruments, and medical devices to hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.

* Support sales team with product knowledge, presentations, and marketing materials.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital authorities.

* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.

* Ensure brand visibility through digital, field, and institutional marketing initiatives.

* Prepare Sales reports, MIS, and performance tracking.

* Coordinate with internal teams for sales & marketing strategies, pricing, and promotional support.

* Ensure compliance with medical marketing standards and ethical guidelines.
