Experience Required:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented FMCG Sales Executive with proven experience in food products. The candidate will be responsible for regular market visits, generating sales, developing distributor/retailer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily market visits to assigned areas
• Generate primary and secondary sales for FMCG food items
• Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and shelf placement
• Take orders and ensure timely delivery
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Collect market feedback on pricing, competitors, and demand
• Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable)
• Implement company schemes, promotions, and offers
• Maintain accurate sales reports and market data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience (Food category mandatory/preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local market and retail network
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / sales reporting
• Two-wheeler preferred (with valid license)

Education:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline)
