Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and reports
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
• Conduct sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations
• Handle key customer negotiations and closures
• Prepare sales forecasts and market analysis reports
