Job Description
- Customer FocusGreet and assist walk-in customers; promote free eye check-ups
- Handle daily store operations, stock checks, and sales floor standards
- Process transactions using the POS system
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve concerns proactively
- 2) Product RecommendationSuggest suitable products based on optometrist input and customer needs
- Engage customers in conversation to convert enquiries into sales
- Identify unstated needs, ask relevant questions, and pitch solutions effectively
- 3) Sales Targets & SOP AdherenceAchieve assigned sales, eye-test conversion, and return targets
- Follow all SOPs strictly
- Coordinate with customers for product pickup after warehouse confirmation
- 4) Store Upkeep & MaintenanceVerify lens accuracy before product handover
- Handle returns effectively to control return percentage
- Maintain store hygiene and display standards
- Ensure safety and security of equipment and stock
