OBJECTIVE I.E. THE PRIMARY FUNCTION AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

1) To perform the role of the product specialist for the respective categories to

facilitate consultative selling.

To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; To ensure that revenue

targets for the sub-category

2) To enhance conversion ratios and average transaction value per customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS / DEVELOPMENTAL EXPERIENCES I.E.

ALL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED TO FULFILL STAKEHOLDER EXPECTATIONS AND WHICH

ENCOMPASS THE SPAN OF RESPONSIBILITIES MANAGED. 

IMPORTANT CHALLENGES TOGO THROUGH IN THIS ROLE AND WHICH ARE CRUCIAL TO BUILDING FUNCTIONAL

CAPABILITIES. 

1) Ready for Customer -Customer Interaction - Build Rapport,

Understand customer's need Options

Service the customer - Offering solutions, upselling, cross selling,

attachment - Accessories & RCP, Billing - Billing process, MOPs

2) After Sales: Home delivery, Installation, repairs, DOA, DAP

,Returns process &Self learning - certification

3) Section Ready for Customer - Behind scene, PI, SEL, Promos,

Cleanliness, Displaying the products as per plano, Stock Check
