Job Summary

ADRO Hearing Aid Centre is looking for a dynamic and professional Sales Associate to join our Anna Nagar team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to visit ENT specialists, general physicians, neurologists, pediatricians, and other relevant doctors across Chennai to build strong referral relationships and promote ADRO’s hearing care services.

This is a field-oriented role requiring confidence, professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to represent the brand with credibility and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Visit doctors and clinics across different areas of Chennai on a daily basis.

·      Build and maintain strong professional relationships with medical practitioners.

·      Introduce and explain ADRO’s hearing care services and product offerings.

·      Promote referral partnerships and follow up consistently.

·      Share promotional materials, brochures, and campaign updates.

·      Maintain daily visit reports and doctor interaction logs.

·      Coordinate with centre staff for patient referrals and conversions.

·      Support local marketing initiatives and awareness activities.

·      Contribute towards monthly referral and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in medical representative / pharma sales / healthcare field sales is strongly preferred.
• Experience in meeting doctors and clinic staff is highly desirable.
• Professional appearance and confident body language are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
• Ability to travel extensively within Chennai.
• Basic understanding of sales reporting and follow-ups.
• Any degree qualification is mandatory.

Training on hearing aid products and audiology basics will be provided.

Starting Pay Scale:

Rs. 15,000 – 22,000 + Incentive + Annual Bonus

(Higher package possible for experienced medical representatives)
