Sales Consultant

Job Summary:The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales of Triumph Motorcycles by delivering a premium customer experience, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the entire purchase journey—from enquiry to delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage walk-in customers in the Triumph showroom
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Triumph models
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and accessories clearly
• Arrange and conduct test rides as per company process
• Generate and follow up on sales leads (walk-ins, referrals, digital leads)
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan & documentation support
• Ensure accurate completion of booking forms and sales documentation
• Support vehicle delivery process and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain CRM updates and customer follow-up records
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and roadshows
• Build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business & referrals
