Sales Consultant

Job Summary

AXN Infotech Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Consultant – Software to drive business growth by promoting and selling software solutions such as ERP, accounting software, and business management tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs, delivering product demonstrations, and converting leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
• Present and demonstrate software products effectively to clients
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical/implementation teams for smooth onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of business software (ERP, Accounting, CRM tools)
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide solutions
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in selling software products (e.g., ERP, Tally)
• Knowledge of accounting or business processes
• Prior experience in B2B sales or IT/software sales
