Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing customer enquiries, processing quotations, coordinating creative approvals, and tracking project progress from start to completion. The role involves regular communication with customers, following up on purchase orders and payments, maintaining accurate sales records in software/Excel, and coordinating with internal teams such as Installation & Commissioning. The candidate will also schedule customer meetings, assist in organizing events or trade shows, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the sales team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills in English and Tamil are essential for this position.
