Job Description

A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing daily operations, facilitating communication, handling admin tasks like scheduling and reports, processing orders, and ensuring smooth customer experiences to help achieve company sales goals, acting as a crucial link between reps, clients, and other departments. Key duties include tracking performance, maintaining CRM data, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist sales reps with daily tasks, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordination: Schedule sales meetings, coordinate activities, and liaise with other departments (Marketing, Logistics).
  • Reporting: Create, review, and analyze sales reports, track quotas, and manage customer databases (CRM).
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Training & Materials: Help with new rep training and maintain sales presentation materials (brochures, slides). 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM software and data management.
  • Education: Often requires a high school diploma or equivalent for entry-level roles.
