Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by handling administrative duties, customer queries, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient back-end support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding order confirmations, deliveries, and payments.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM tools.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatches.
  • Support the sales team during client meetings, exhibitions, or trade shows.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, finance, and production.
  • Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support/coordinator role (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
