Position Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automobiles, customer-focused, and have the drive to achieve sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction throughout the buying process.

  • Key Responsibilities:Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by promoting Maruti Suzuki vehicles to customers.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs, and providing the best solutions that align with their preferences and budget.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate and explain features, advantages, and benefits of Maruti Suzuki cars to prospective customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and follow up on leads through various channels like walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms to increase the customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate deals, handle customer objections, and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Paperwork & Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork and formalities related to vehicle sales, including financing options, trade-ins, and delivery paperwork.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback from customers and market trends to the sales manager to help improve products and services.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, reports, and inventory management.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction during and after the sale, with timely follow-ups and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 1-2 years of experience in automobile sales or any sales role (Freshers are welcome to apply with relevant skills).
  • Education: Minimum qualification – Graduation or equivalent (preferably in Sales/Marketing).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages would be an advantage).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, result-oriented, enthusiastic, and able to work in a team environment.
  • Driver’s License: Must hold a valid driver’s license.
