Sales Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identifying potential clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling to promote various chit schemes.
• Scheme Presentation: Explaining the mechanics of chit funds, including installment amounts, auction processes, dividends, and tenures to prospective subscribers.
• Collection Management: Conducting regular visits to collect monthly or weekly installments from existing members and following up on overdue payments.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales and collection targets set by the branch management.
• Documentation & KYC: Managing customer KYC verification and ensuring all subscription agreements and collection records are accurately maintained. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of 10th pass (SSLC) or 12th pass (Plus Two); a degree is often preferred but not always mandatory.
• Communication: Fluency in the local language is essential for effective client interaction and negotiation.
• Mobility: Ownership of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is required
• Experience: 1 year of experience in finance, insurance, or retail sales is highly valued.
