Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of Luxus, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and ensuring that our showroom maintains its reputation for quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on product selections.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, including sanitarywares, bathwares, and kitchen wares, to effectively demonstrate features and benefits to customers.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales goals by actively engaging with customers, upselling, and cross-selling products.
  • Showroom Presentation: Ensure that the showroom is visually appealing and well-organized, with products displayed to their best advantage and in line with brand standards.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with potential leads and customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and promote repeat business.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, including monitoring inventory levels, restocking items, and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
  • Reporting: Provide regular feedback on customer preferences, sales trends, and showroom performance to the showroom manager.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a showroom or home improvement environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with sanitaryware, bathware, and kitchen ware products is desirable but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Attitude: Proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused with a passion for sales and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
