Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers entering the showroom
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery designs
- Explain product features such as gold purity, diamond quality, pricing, and making charges
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and safety of jewellery items
- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for smooth operations
- Stay updated on latest jewellery trends and collections
- Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th /ITI/DIP/ Any Degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends if required)
