Job Description
- Call/WhatsApp every new lead within 5 minutes.
- Ask about goal, timing, budget; note in CRM.
- Explain the right course and book demo/orientation.
- After demo, close admission and help with payment link.
- Follow up politely (call + WhatsApp + SMS).
- Take coverage leads when teammate is on leave or slow.
- Update CRM stages and do EOD report daily.
- Do not promise jobs/guarantees or unapproved discounts.
